Meeting Role Script: Tech Master
Tech Master
“As the Tech Master, I am responsible for technical support to provide a good experience for virtual participants.
During the meeting, I will operate the spotlight control to make sure virtual speakers are shown on the stage. I will also operate the mute control to make sure that speakers are not disturbed.
After the evaluation session, I will initiate a Zoom poll for virtual participants to vote for the best speaker, table topics speaker, and evaluator.
Please note that shifting speaker takes time. I encourage you to take a short pause for a few seconds before you actually speak. Also, when you are a virtual speaker, please make sure you can see the Timer."
